About Me - Jeffrey Pozzuolo

I am a business and estate planning attorney who helps entrepreneurs, professionals, and closely held business owners navigate some of the most important financial and personal decisions they face. With a background that blends law, finance, tax, and real world business experience, I focus on delivering practical, efficient solutions that protect my clients and keep their goals front and center.

Over the years, I have advised on and negotiated more than $100–$200 million in business and real estate transactions, including purchases and sales of companies, commercial property deals, loan transactions, employment and severance agreements, procurement agreements, and succession planning. My priority is always to get deals done effectively, minimize risk, and avoid future disputes.

In my estate planning and administration practice, I have worked with estates ranging from modest in size to hundreds of millions of dollars. I guide families through both straightforward and highly sophisticated planning, drawing on my finance and accounting background to address valuation issues, tax strategy, and long-term planning with clarity and care.

My educational foundation includes a JD/MBA and LL.M. in Taxation from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law and Fox School of Business. While there, I received the Benjamin L. Winderman Award for outstanding academic achievement in the JD/MBA program, the Dean’s Certificate of Excellence, and induction into Beta Gamma Sigma. Before law school, I graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with dual degrees of a BS in Economics (Finance and Accounting) from the Wharton School and a BA in Mathematics from the College of Arts and Sciences.

Outside of work, I am a husband and father to two young boys. I love cooking and baking, playing guitar, suiting up as a rec-league street hockey goalie, watching sports generally, and exploring new places with my family. I believe life is defined not by where you are or what you’re doing, but by the people you’re with and I carry that perspective into the relationships I build with my clients
